Just Q'd For the 5th time Still no Games

Just q'd for a Aram been in q for 16 minutes now, i have restarted my league client and my computer multiple times. But i can never find Game, Also ive been getting Display glitches when i load into game sometimes i dont have any hud, Also my ability icons are all blurry and very low resolution its very annoying.
