[GAMEPLAY] Hearthseeker Lucian skin bug on Summoners Rift (with video)

After i died for the sixth time on normals, i got this visual bug that only i can saw. (i was playing with my friends and i did ask them did they see, they said no) Seems like my character was inside the map on the base, and on fountain i saw nothing. I was only experiencing this bug with this new skin only, and after patch 7.3. If u check the video u can see it aswell.

Hey! Thanks for the report! I've seen this occur with other champions, so it shouldn't be a skin-specific issue. Lemme follow up with our map team friends and see if they're aware of it/digging into the issue!
