Can't join any queue after intentionally leaving a normal game. (found out why)

First of all, I haven't left any game for a very long time (at least not intentionally). But this time around I was playing with 3 premades as an Assasin and continually got oneshot by an enemy tank in the top lane, which tilted me so hard that I just couldn't bother waiting for the 20 minute mark and left around the 16 minute mark. I thought it wasn't that much of a deal because I agreed to surrender with my premades anyways. Anyway after this game I took a long break but when I tried to queue up for another game I got the error message "Attempt to join queue failed". And I didn't know why, all I could play was custom games, even when I tried to play with friends it didnt work with me. At first I thought i was banned or something but I didn't receive an email from riotgames. After opening a ticket and not really getting much response other than "pls send network data logs etc" I tried to play with the old client, which resolved the problem ridiculously easily. The only thing I had to do was type "I Agree" in a notification i got that told me to not leave any games anymore. This notification however didn't show up whatsoever in the new client, which must be a bug that should be fixed.
