{gameplay} Darius not clearly displaying armor pen

Darius's passive states that he "ignore's 25% of his target's armor" and it "applies before armor pen" However with the purchase of last whisper you effectively have 60% armor ignorance. lol. Anyway, with 6% armor pen from masteries And max rank E when you click on stats it only displays 54% armor pen. NOW I ask you, Why If armor ignorance applies before armor pen does it give you an armor pen stat? If armor ignorance is another stat all together why can we not see it and why is it some how applied to the armor pen stat? This should be something made much clearer in game for all players. Since Riot is in the process of making the game easier to understand for new players how about we clean this stat thing and dmg thing up a bit in game?
