[GAMEPLAY] Being able to buy a Jungle Item without Smite, resulting in loss of items and gold

so I just finished a round playing as Bard.

While I built my Sheen, I noticed that the Jungle Items showed their normal price and were lit up like a purchaseble item would. It didnt say disabled, although I didnt have Smite as a summoner spell. Out of curiosity I bought the AP Jungle Item and see what happens. It then consumed my Sheen (which is part of the recipe) and I "spent" the amount of gold I needed to "buy" the Jungle Item, but it didnt appear in my inventory nor did I gain any benefits it would normally give. The "Undo" button didnt work either. So I lost my sheen and around 1500 gold without actually getting something - it obviously gave me a huge setback, since i lost around 2700 gold in total.

Sadly, I couldn't get a screenshot nor a video, but if you look at my Item Build in the Match History, you see that I bought a Sheen at 23:11 and bought the components again 5 minutes later (28:49), since my original Sheen was lost.

I couldn't reproduce the bug and it's my first time seeing it, so I dont know if it is Bard-specific or can happen in any game. I know the information is not much, especially without a video or screenshot. But in the end it is close to being a gamebreaking bug, causing a huge disadvantage for curious or foolish players like me, who dare to experiment with possibilities.

So please do us a favor and look into it. If I somehow manage to get a video or a replay, I will post it here.
