Mecha Kingdom Shop issue

Hi all,

Since the release of the recent "Mecha Kingdom Event", I've been grinding tokens from missions to purchase a skin and successfully have gathered up to 300 tokens in total. Now my issue is (and I don't know if anybody has been affected by this) is that, the shop is completely empty. To give in better detail, upon pressing the tokens to redeem something, it just leads me to a empty screen. That only includes the reminder that, the event content will be expiring in March 2, 2020.

Is there solution to this? I've rested my PC hoping to get something but no. I don't know if this problem is getting the attention it needs, but It's quite frustrating really. [sg-janna]

Same thing here. The orbs aren't working either :/

Same issue here, in fact the client crashes sometimes when I try to look at the event shop. Or in general when looking at my loot.

I’ve done the most deep and intense look for a solution, even code and file deletion and nothing works, we’re all waiting For the repair form riot. You’re not alone

Having the same issue prestige 2020 won't open either not that there's anything in there yet

i thought this was just me, glad it's not, still no fix as of now, same issue is still going on.. :(
