Mecha Kingdom Shop issue

Hi all,

Since the release of the recent "Mecha Kingdom Event", I've been grinding tokens from missions to purchase a skin and successfully have gathered up to 300 tokens in total. Now my issue is (and I don't know if anybody has been affected by this) is that, the shop is completely empty. To give in better detail, upon pressing the tokens to redeem something, it just leads me to a empty screen. That only includes the reminder that, the event content will be expiring in March 2, 2020.

Is there solution to this? I've rested my PC hoping to get something but no. I don't know if this problem is getting the attention it needs, but It's quite frustrating really. [sg-janna]

Same thing here. The orbs aren't working either :/

Thank you for the notice, maybe the tokens aren't the only issue here. It could be the whole event.

Right? I'm pretty sure a good portion of the players are on the same boat. But let's not jump to any conclusions. It might be a good idea to report it as well just in case, if the issue is this persistent.

Same issue here, in fact the client crashes sometimes when I try to look at the event shop. Or in general when looking at my loot.

Oh wow, it crashes? Even to simply examine the store? I have feelings as if the new event is at fault for this. I mean in the past recent discussion this week:

Earning tokens from completing objectives were complete sham, the friend list and chat issue and now this. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved asap. [sg-zephyr]

I can confirm one thing, this event is the buggiest one out of them all.

I’ve done the most deep and intense look for a solution, even code and file deletion and nothing works, we’re all waiting For the repair form riot. You’re not alone
