Can't X out of client [CLIENT]

When trying to close League of Legends I cannot close it with the X button at the top (Click to close), I am forced to kill it in task manager. When I click the close button nothing happens. I cannot close it from any tab or sub-screen on the client including the home page. Right clicking on the League of Legends Icon in the task-bar does not produce any options.

I am running Windows 7 Pro 64bit, on an AMD processor with 8GB of RAM League build: League of Legends 6.11.16_05_26_22_56
