Anivia Q Targeting

In the new summoners rift at least, anivia's q has REALLY bizarre targeting. I'm not sure if it's the way the levels are coded 3-dimensionally, or if there's just an overall issue with targeting. If you don't fully understand what I'm getting at, stand mid and try to target q into river, that should be a pretty good indication of what I'm getting at.

It also seems to be at max range all the time, which is a bit annoying and counter intuitive imo, but that has nothing to do with the actual targeting bug that's happening.
