Freezing Gameplay but no lag

While playing ranked games (didn't try normal's). Three games in a row i had issues where i would just stop (as if i were lagging) but my ping would stay around 40-60 FPS 200+ but multiple times during the game I would just freeze as if I were loosing connection to the game. The last time I tried to restart my whole computer, to see if I had an update, that did not help. The client did not have an update nor did anyone else in my game have the same issue as I did. I have no video of the games, for fear of actually lagging due to the problem. I'm not sure if this is an actual problem or if i was just unlucky and my games were freezing.
