when i try to go into the store it wont load and give me a black screen

i just allowed cookies in internet explorer and now mine works had a timed out bad gateway bug sooooooo its not a bug they did it on purpose and didnt think so many people turned cookies off is what im betting if it works for you guys
cookies are what tracks you btw
