[STORE] IP Glitch/Bug

When I'm in the league client, it says I have 637 IP however I can't buy a 450 champion. After experimenting by buying some cheap runes, I find out I only have approximately 200 IP. I restarted my client numerous times and I even switched computers, my IP is 'frozen' I suppose you would call it.

Same man and its really annoying and its just getting worse and worse the the fake ip number is getting higher and higher and its really throwing me off
