I have the lag problem again

I had lag game again. It stopped about 10times so I re logged in but they gave me afk again. Can u get rid of the afk? I didn't leave on purpose. And my LOL page is too slow. When I log in to other ID, it's same. I dont know why I can't hear the sound before the game starts too.
