Stuck "In Game"

This happened last night as well as today. When I hit accept when the queue pops (For TFT, might be for regular too but cannot test) It asks me to reconnect, but nothing happens. When I quit and come back into the client, it says I am in-game on the top right, but my entire top section of the client (Play Now, Collection, Match History, etc) is completely blank, and I cannot click anything.

The last night occurrence seemed to have ended but I do not know how long it took, perhaps the entirely of the game?
