Clash instant loss

We absolutely stomped out first opponent in the 4 team bracket, and when we had finished scouting and the game was about to start we got kicked out and given a loss, we searched up our opponents in the winners tab but they had not been given a win, after exploring the forums and reddit it seems to be an issue in only EUW.
