My lol doesn't work

My league keeps saying that it's not connected to the HTTP server, and that I need to turn of my fire wall or check my internet connection. I've tried to turn of the fire wall over a million times and I also trying re-installing league again, but sadly it still doesn't work. If anyone know how to fix the problem please text me. Thank you!
