Baron Bug

Baron seems to CC people outside of the spot. I was waiting to sniperino Baron, and for some reason when I was about to do it. Baron's tentacle came and whipped me up and stunned me so I couldn't do anything. This shouldn't happen as I did not even go down into the river and I did not attack him.
