Didnt get prestige points with purchase of the mecha kingdoms pass

As it says i didnt get the 25 prestige points that are suppose to come with purchase of the event pass, i know there is nothing in the 2020 prestige shop but the amount i have shoiuld surely be displayed ? Ive tried to use the riot support page but it keeps bugging out and wont woprk properly. any info or help is welcome.

You get access to the missions which give you them. You dont get them upon purchase
