Akali: After using Twilight Shroud mouse clicks do nothing

Steps to reproduce :

* Press W to queue up Twilight Shroud.

* Click an enemy Target to cast Twilight Shroud and teleport in the direction of your target.

* Without moving your cursor press Q and click the same target.

Actual result:

* Akali does nothing. She stands still in twilight shroud.

Expected result:

* Akali throws her kama at the target and applies her mark.

Additional Notes:

* Moving your cursor as little as one pixel will allow you to cast your Q normally

* The bug is not limited to Akali's Q. You can't issue any commands by clicking your mouse until you move your mouse.
