CLIENT - starting a game is wont work

Hi

When I just launch the game, the client is getting crewed by something. I've read on others and this region forums, happens to others aswell but there is nothing realy help it.

Basicly launch the client, after a few sec the "start" button up there just disable for no reason and when I take my mouse upon it, its says "We aren't able to create a lobby right now. Please exit the client and bla bla..." few days ago its went random , turn on and off. but now its allwys happen and also cannot accept any inv by that, only helps a relog into again. Then quickly launch or join a game and when its finish have to relog again.....
