Ashe bug rangers focus flurry not working on towers

As title says ive been having a problem when trying to use my q on towers and sometimes champs at 5 stacks and arrow staying the same. Sometimes attack speed increases sometimes its just nothing. The problem then transfers to champs/creeps with the flurry attack not working.

This has been happening for 3-5 days now.
