i believe brand's ult just jumps around at random instead of focusing a burning champion. Their has been a few times that i have played the champ and it will focus minions more then champs (even when champs are burning). I was team fighting in the jungle once and it jumped to a champ and then focused on the raptors even though the champs were in range that were burning. Also in mid lane it will just jump to minions instead of minion to champ back to minion. Maybe its just me but it's something i thought i noticed.
