Syndra "E" causes jump in ping -- 75 to 250+

Hey, just played a game as syndra and every single time I used her E my ping would jump from 75 tp 250+, consistent for every stun starting at about 10 minutes maybe (not sure). 100 percent consistency after it started. Ping was perfectly stable otherwise.
