Random Game Freeze

Recently i have upgraded and built myself a new PC and ever since, for some unknown reason, most games of league that i am in randomly freeze at some point through the game. This does not happen with any other games. I do not get a bugsplat when the game freezes and the only way i have found to even close it is through task manager where it appears with '(Not responding)' beside the process name. This is driving me insane as the game has frozen in team fights, under towers, early game in lane etc all with no apparent cause. I have also searched the internet high and low and cant find a solution, the only thing i have found is a discussion about an issue that sounds very similar but with no fix from January this year. If anyone knows what the deal with this is or knows a fix, i would really appreciate it, because it is not only making games unplayable for me, but also my team.

Things i have tried to fix the issue: -Verifying files -Reinstalling the game -Reinstalling the game on each of my 3 connected hard-drives -Changing in-game settings each game to see if it an issue with one of the settings -Waited for a league patch (The Blitz game-mode patch today)

None of these have had any decent outcome and my game still freezes. If anyone needs any more information such as log files or something feel free to ask if it will help solve the issue.
