Will this issue ever be fixed?

Hello everyone. So I have experienced this issue as well as lots of my friends and internet strangers; the problem of Mafia Graves not showing up in Champion Select or the Store at odd times. As shown in the link from 2012 (!!!) this problem was identified to be a bug but to this day it has not been fixed. I just want to bring it back to the attention of Riot and the community.
