LeaverBuster after Connection bug

Ran into some issues in my last game.

What exactly happened was, last time I played a game (yesterday, ARAM) the game suddenly disconnected and it gave me "Attempting to Reconnect". I am pretty sure that my internet connection is stable, but this hasn't been the first time this happened. But this time, it just stopped after a while and I saw all characters standing idle with no "Attempting to Reconnect" message on the screen. And it stayed that way.

So, what do I do? I could click on leaving the game, but that would mean I'm actually leaving it and I don't want to do that. So I closed the game through my Task Manager and reopened it. I was willing to continue, but when the game reloaded, it got stuck at the loading screen with me being somewhere above 30% and the other players not showing.

I am sorry if I did something wrong but my patience also has an end after I sit forever before a game that won't move (and in the end, it would have counted as leave anyway).

So, today it gave me the LeaverBuster and I had to type in "I Agree" and now I have a "Leave" in my match history.
