Gameplay ahri passive bug!

While in-game, ahri's passive ap scaling shows 0 even when at over 500 ap. It still heal. Plz fix!

Actually, it doesn't heal, the scaling is completely gone. Happens every game, yet Riot has ignored every post I've seen about this.
