Crash Dump Error but it's unfixable

Same crash dump error but it can't be fixed. I've tried so far. -Deleting Logs and Configs -Reinstalling the entire game -Using Hextech Repair Tool -Turned off my firewalls and antivirus -Restarting the client -Slamming my face onto the keyboard -Creating crash dumps both full and small -Pressing no for crash dump

Can anyone give me a fix for this?

You didn't mention when and where it happens. Also it's a crash, how do you know it's the "same"? Same like what exactly? Crash dump is just a file with a bunch of information about your memory at the time of the crash. So don't call it "crash dump error", it sounds really silly, the crash dump works as intended, when the game crashes. xD
