Problem Locking In Champion

So this has happened to me twice thus far in the last 4 games i've played. So when i accept the match, and go into a ranked lobby. Someone on the other team/matchmade with will dodge, and we will go back in. Then when champion select comes along, it will not let me lock my champion in. It has made me dodge two ranked games. Do I lose LP if I get dc'd from a lobby? And if I do will i be returned / compensated for random LP loss due to lock in bugs?

This hasn't happened to me in a ranked game, but it has happened to me a few times. Had me dodging 3 times

The enemy just dodged on their lock in and it said that i left champ select and had the 6 minute penalty. It was not even my turn to lock in...
