[GAMEPLAY] Black screen issue, now with extra

Ever since Kled was added, i have been having an ingame issue, that starts on the loading screen of the match. When you start loading into the game, with the portraits of the champions, the frames where the portraits are remain blank indefinitely as far as i can tell. I tried Alt-Tab to see if it was frozen, but milliseconds before changing to another application, u can see all the champion portraits and everyone is at 100%. Tab back in, the screen is black, Tab out, u can see everyone ingame at the nexus shop area jsut before it switches. Tab back in, black screen, no sound and no way to interact with the actual game. This has caused me to leave 2 games now, and i had to stop playing before i got banned or something. I WAS waiting until another update to see if it was fixed, but alas, no it hasnt. please help anyway u can.

EDIT: i have also tried to fix this via fixing the black screen issue everyone used to have, but that did not work either
