Ping issues over the last 3 weeks.

So for the last 3 weeks my ping has changed from a steady 69-72 ms to 90-95 ping and I have no idea why. I've tried everything to fix the issue from hard router restarts, updating router, flushing and renewing ip, windows updates, ports are open, restarting computer, reinstalling league, turning off wifi and I still have 20 ping more than normal. Nothing has changed with my ISP and its really discouraging me from playing the game to the point where I just dont play. No one else in my house plays games or uses netflix, the most they do is surf the internet on their phones so I know its not other people clogging up the internet. I just want to know if its an issue with my ISP or riot's end. Can anyone help me? If it helps anything my ISP is centurylink.
