Krugs Jungle Issue

When I play Evelynn Evelynn jungle I tend to keep my distance when I farm creeps. Kiting my Q and stuff, but when I go to farm Krugs' in the **bot lane **(Team Blue) there's a weird bug. When I go to the nearest brush (bottom right) they just randomly run for the left and refill on health? Is this a weird bug or was I too far away... This doesn't happen to me at all in the **top lane **Krugs' when I run to the closest brush (Team Red).

When you kill the big krugs the little ones have their spawn point set to where the big one died so if you go too far away from that spot, even if you're still near the camp they can run back.
