Ok i had rank game and i was skyping with a buddy who went talon mid , i rememeber when we were botlane and fiora came bot and my buddy attacked her and brought her to 20% hp and when he was about to lay waste to fiora by igniting her she parried the ignite

Well it s more like you have to ignite her while she is parrying since ignite is instant, but yes the parry will block ignite.
oh well i thought it was a bug or something , well i never thought fiora could actually perry summoners well i hope they fix that because it's kinda unfair .
