Bug: When finish game

When finish game (pvp) sometimes say me skip status only, i click on that, but nothing, i restart launcher, and say me recconect to game like when game crash....but when i click on recconect, error say me firewall problem and continue all time. i want to play so be fast to fix this bug :D

PS: sorry, but my english is not perfect.
