Unable to use spells during game.

Occasionally I am unable to used spells (QWER and even trinket) during the game. I am able to chat but not much else. The only way to fix is to reconnect several times until it works. It does not happen often but when it does happen it puts me way behind and causes frustration for the team. This has happened to me about 3 or 4 times since the beginning of 2015.

It's happened to me a couple times. Clicking directly on a spell or two a couple times has helped me undo it before (without even having to reconnect).
