Ping increase from recent patches???

Ok I had a similar issue back in patch 5.20 where it went from 32ms to 42ms then each additional patch added 5ms for the next 5 patches. Had comcast business at the time

Now I'm living the greater Houston area in Tx. I don't have home internet, I'm using USB tethering from my phone. Average around 108-118ms (trash right ik) but these last few mini patches are making me average around 130-146ms and sometimes reaching 150ms (horrible)

Now atm I'm using Haste which gives me 70-90ms, since I'm using my phones data I'm not at a constant rate but I don't get terrible ping spikes.

I'd just like to bring attention to the unknown increase in ping. It might just be my horrible setup IDK.

My speed: 29.85mbs Down 18.45mbs Up (I can definitely stream to twitch and or other sites mostly offline games though since it does increase my ping a good bit)
