a gaint bug on Twisted treeline AI game

since patch 5.13, most bots on twisted treeline only buy few items thought they have enough gold , making it so easy for them to lose and players feel less challenged. i can make it specficly by 3 sentences: 1.most bots in this map only buy up to 3 items thought they have enough gold (like Vladimir,Galio, Sivir,Malzhaha,Shen, Kayle, Irelia, Xin zhao , Graves, Ryze , Yi, Ziggs, Morgana,Chogath) 2.few bots only buy up to 2 items thought they have enough gold (like Crankblitz, Mundo) 3.few bots buy up to 4 items thought they have enough gold (like Ashe,Lux)

for now , i only have found that Lucian's items are normal. I hope you can check out this bug and fix it.
