Stuck at badge

Included log, didn't have time to look at it thoroughly but it looks like the program is failing to download the files? http://pastebin.com/0EZMQNgu

I get stuck at the badge with the progress bar below it. Ive tried reinstalling multiple times. cleaned registry, ran as administrator, manually installed adobe air, all the usual tips, deleted entire folder after uninstall. Nothing is working. I don't know what else to do, everyone has the same solution for every problem it seems and that reddit post doesn't work. Please help
