New Champ Select Masteries Dropdown

Previously when adding a new mastery page it then didn't show up in the dropdown and didn't select automatically. This seemed to work later. However, now editing the name of a mastery page the old name still displays in the dropdown list items, but when selected shows the new name (just some caching I presume).
