Azir: Passive in team fountain.
Found out I could use my passive on team fountain, but ended up not being able to use it again all game since fountain regenerates the 'Disc of the Sun's' health.

only a pro could kill the fountain turret, to revive it in the first place
If I recall, the fountain obelisk is considered a "Tower" in the game files so this doesn't sound so far fetched
Add more information for reproduction bugs please
