bug with the health bar

i hold my space bar pretty often (locking my camera onto champion) and if i play.for example, top and if i move my camera on mid,if a mid champion has low health,it show me his health full for a sec and then fast on his true health,it looks like that champion is loceing his health really fast

i tryed to explain this as best as i can,my english is not so perfect but,hey,atleast i tryed to help :) ty: - JutKip
