Jayce and Azir game bug

Jayce: when his Q is shot into the bush or shaded areas, it would sometimes disappear without blasting nor showing the area. It would happen sometimes during team fights as well but not as often as when shot into the bushes.

Azir: The sand soldier's auto attack would sometimes do no damage even when in area, it would just simply pierce through the minions or the enemy champion.
