[CLIENT] Replay sound desynch
Hello. A few weeks ago, while watching some replays, I noticed that every time I used the BACK function to pull the action back 5 seconds, the sound would become desynched at some points. I didn't report it then, but today, after the patch to 9.7 I tried to watch a replay again and, this time, I paid a bit more attention and noticed the problem in more detail.
What seems to happen is, when the announcer is talking (or just about to say something), if you hit the back function, the action goes back but the announcer voice doesn't, which creates a desynch. In today's example, what ended up happening is that every time the announcer declaread an event, the chat window would show that said event actually happened 10 seconds prior (this because I hit the back button twice).
This seems to affect some Champions' voices as well, as I saw Annie say "Go Tibbers!" well after Tibbers was already out and about.
This bug should be easy to replicate, as it's really just an issue with using the back function during action scenes (possibly other times as well) and then waiting for voices to play out of order. I'm not sure if it happens every single time, but it's quite common, in my experience.
