[Client] Black screen followed by, "There was an unexpected error with login session'

I have tried so many things that I have seen from the forums and I have yet to find a proper fix for this that will last long for even the update to go through. Any find a permanent fix? For context I am on Windows 10 with a fresh install of Windows 10 and League
