Unable to target enemy minions or towers

About 38 mins in and after my fourth death in draft norms I was unable to target anything except for enemy champions and was only able to damage minions was with attacks that do not require a right click target. Was able to target enemy champions though strangely enough. I was playing as gnar. Have you experienced something similar?
