[ Client ] Low-Priority Que Timer Reset

I'm on the last of my five 20 min low priority que's and the timer continues to reset, making it impossible for me to join a game.

(Note:) [ the time in which it resets is pretty random, usually resets at 10 min then 5 then randomly ]
