Karthus Ultimate on Normal Cooldown During URF

I was playing as in URF and my ultimate was on regular cooldown. It only happened once and it was fine afterward.

If you immediately use a global ult when you respawn in URF the CD will be the same as regular SR, sadly I don't know if any Rioter knows about this because they haven't responded so +1 to this post in hopes they eventually see it. Definitely hope this bug doesn't come around next year, I need my Soraka heals :")
