Stuck on loading screen

Played some games about 6 hours ago with zero problems. Just recently tired to launch two games with the same error and ended up as a leaver :( Went through champ select just fine and hit the loading screen and it's frozen and not responding in Task Manager. Ping icon is frozen in the top and loading bar is not loading. I've initiated a full repair and went through that process with no luck. Same happens with custom games. Any ideas?
