Can't move in game while everything else is working ( Chat with teammates, on-going game, fights...)

This bug started to annoy me yesterday and i found no solved threads on the Internet even though many summoners also experienced this. Basically what happens is that in the middle of the game my character just freezes in place, i can't move, i can see my teammates playing and the Chat is also working just fine but when i right click on my mouse to move around nothing happens. It is impossible that this is caused by some lag spikes because my connection is stable, the ping is always low and i never experience any problems in other games. I tried to solve this just by reconnecting and then it worked fine but 2 minutes later it happens again. I lost 3-4 games now because of this and hope that this issue will get solved soon.
