my game is broken i cant exit the game and im suck in reconnect screen!

i played ranked game with zed and my game just stopped in 15 min and it says reconnecting i wait a bit and then try to reconnect but it didnt help idk how to fix it can someone explain? im stuck in reconnecting screen and it says im in game 75 mins
