[CRASH] The champion selection bug !!

During the ranking queue, i visited the store until i could get into the champion selection. However, i found a bug that's i couldn't ban or pick a champion after visited the store, i could only change the spells, masteries and runes, and i met it twice in row. Therefore, I lost 13 points in rank and wasted time. Can riot fix the bug as quick as possible or give me back the LP? Id: TBG I MeKoK Thank you
